In 2011, the largest single-panel cartoon of the world was drawn by Erdil Yaşaroğlu in Pınarhisar district of Kırklareli, Turkey under the sponsorship of Samsung Galaxy Note. 15 thousand pine saplings were planted around the cartoon, which entered the Guinness Book of Records, and the cartoon field was turned into a forest.
